I am a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the Carteret County
Association of Realtors, the New Bern Multiple Listing Service, the North Carolina Association of
Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Designations earned include the ABR
(Accreditied Buyer Representative) and the e-PRO (excellence in electronic communications.)
My aim is to guide my clients successfully through the process of managing their real estate. My
ambitions lie in establishing long-time, satisfying relationships with my clients. I take extreme
pride in my work. I will not lie or embellish the truth to get a listing or a sale. I know people are
trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is
something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer their family and

On a personal level, I am an active member of Temple Baptist Church in Morehead City. If you

I personally help support Subic Bay Children's Home in the Philippines with every home sale.
Exit Realty Corp., Int. donates a portion of every sale across the USA to Habitat For Humanity.
Locally, through my participation in the Community Service Committee of the Carteret County
Association of Realtors, I have helped to paint local Crystal Coast Habitat For Humanity homes.
I also enjoy auto racing of all kinds! My father and grandfather owned, wrenched and raced open
wheel sprint cars in the midwest from the 1930's to the 1950's. They also owned an entry in the
Indianapolis 500 in 1940. Along with my dad & siblings, I am also a member of the Indianapolis
500 Oldtimers club. Every year the last week of May is our family reunion at the speedway when
dad puts his restored racers on display! My son also is a talented racer and earned a national
quarter midget championship at the age of 12!
I love Eastern North Carolina, I relocated with my husband to Carteret County after 18 years of
vacationing here! The milder climate, the beach, the boating and our love of fresh seafood lured
us away from the cold Northeast in 2002! Let me help to make North Carolina YOUR home too!
